罗艳
上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院麻醉科主任
罗艳，主任医师，教授，博士生导师。现任上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院麻醉科主任，上海交通大学医学院麻醉与危重病学系教研室副主任。担任中国医师协会麻醉学医师分会常委兼总干事、中国人体健康科技促进会麻醉与围术期科技专业委员会主任委员、中国药理学会麻醉药理专业委员会委员、上海市医师协会麻醉科医师分会副会长、上海市医学会麻醉专科分会秘书、上海市口腔医学会口腔麻醉学专业委员会副主任委员、国际麻醉药理学会中国站委员等学术任职。主要研究方向为术后认知功能障碍（POCD）的发病机制和脓毒症免疫紊乱机制研究。临床上以危重急症患者的围术期处理为主攻方向，擅长心血管麻醉、肝脏移植麻醉和困难通气处理。主持包括国家自然基金、上海交通大学医学院研究型医师等多个研究项目，以通讯作者在Anesthesiology、Frontiers in Immunology等杂志发表论文30余篇。先后荣获上海市医学科技奖二等奖、上海市“五四青年”等多项奖项。
博士后招收研究方向：1. 术后认知功能障碍的发病机制及干预策略；2. 脓毒症及脓毒症相关脑病的发病机制；3. 全麻药物作用机制及精确麻醉监测技术研发。
